How to apply
Your cv and general information will be reviewed to establish that your qualifications and professional experience meet our requirements. Your CV is then filed and your details along with a summary of your experience and qualifications, the language pairs you work with and your rates are entered in our database.
The first few translations by a new translator are also revised and comments from the revision are passed on to you as well as to our Project Managers. The purpose of these first revisions is to ascertain that your translating, linguistic, textual, research, cultural and technical competences are on a par with the expectations based on your qualifications and professional experience.

Are you a qualified linguist with excellent language skills and cultural knowledge?
We demand a lot from our linguists - you must be efficient, professional, and able to use Computer-Assisted Translation tools.
We are also very supportive and rewarding and our project manager wants to build long-term relationships with linguists to ensure we deliver high quality work and meet deadlines.
Qualifications required
Linguists are selected based on their formal academic qualifications and professional experience. As a guideline, we are looking for:
A recognized higher degree in translation (or degree-level studies)
Equivalent qualification in any other subject and two years of translation experience
At least five years of translation experience
We give preference to language specialists who have experience with terminology management and translation memory technology.
